Select the Eden Communications tier that best fits your team and complete your purchase through our secure checkout. Your first payment will include the applicable one-time setup fee.
2. Complete Your Agreement
After purchasing, you’ll automatically receive the service agreement for your selected tier. Simply review and sign it to move forward.
3. Submit Your Onboarding Information
Once your agreement is signed, you’ll receive a detailed onboarding form. This gives us the information, branding, team details, and other materials we need to build your account correctly.
Your setup timeline begins once your completed form and all required materials have been submitted.
4. We Build It for You
This is where our team gets to work. We’ll configure your account, organize the necessary systems, and prepare everything your team needs for a smooth, successful launch.
Most standard setups are completed within 7–10 business days. Larger teams or more customized builds may require up to 14 business days.
5. Receive Your Ready-to-Launch Account
When your setup is complete, you’ll receive a detailed launch email that includes:
